What if I need to cancel my booking?

You can cancel through the app. Cancellation policies apply based on timing:
• 24+ hours: Full refund
• 2-24 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 2 hours: No refund

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with credit/debit cards. Caddies receive payment after service completion.

What if there's an issue during my round?

How do I become a caddie?

Apply through the app by creating a caddie profile. Provide your experience, certifications, and references. We'll review and approve qualified applicants.
